So, you think you got something on us – you think you might know someone we don’t? We challenge you to put our money where your mouth is!
As Java specialists, we feel pretty good about our expert knowledge of the local Java market – we like to think we know every single Java professional in the region, but we have to admit (gulp – say it ain’t so!) – we may not be perfect.
Here’s the deal – if you refer a Java professional to us that we don’t already know, we’ll pay you for it. If we place a candidate you refer on either a contract or permanent basis at one of our clients, JSync will pay you $2,000.00 for your first placed referral and $1,000.00 for each additional placed referral.*
The JSync referral program is a great way to get paid for something most people would do for free.
And it’s a WIN-WIN-WIN-WIN situation –
WIN #1 – you get paid for the referral,
WIN #2 – your friend gets a new job,
WIN #3 – the hiring company gets a great new employee, and
WIN #4 – JSync makes a placement!
JSync uses great discretion in contacting all referrals, and we will not use your name as the referring party unless you tell us to – it makes no difference to us. If you’ve worked with JSync in the past, you are already aware that our recruiting practices are less intrusive and pushy than most other firms in the business, and we vow to treat your referrals with the same respect and level of service as we have treated you.
All eligible referrals must include the name, telephone number, and e-mail address (resume is NOT necessary).
* Placement must remain employed for at least 90 days with the JSync client in order to qualify for the referral bonus. Referral bonus payment will be made by JSync 120 days after the candidate’s start date. Offer is valid within one year of referral.
